Calling a redux action with previously passed parameters as arguments

Is there a way to call a redux action programming with previously passed parameters in the Learning action instead of manually sending the Earhost parameters.

Let's say the first action receives a _OFFSET);  payload data as (-SMALL  arguments
Action1(arg1,arg2)

The second _left).offset  action call I make should fetch previous arrowImgView.mas  payload data
 as arguments
 (self.  Action2(//fetch previously called action equalTo  parameters here which is arg1, arg2)
