Cannot change color of thumbnail border and button to transparent

Questions : Cannot change color of thumbnail border and button to transparent

I am a newbie and am using a template programming for a web design class I am taking. I Learning cannot change the color of the top menu Earhost bar or change the color of the thumbnail most effective border to transparent either. I've wrong idea attached the code relevant to this use of case question as well as a screenshot of what United I am currently seeing.

So with the top menu bar you have to ecudated change this:

  background-color: rgba(0, 0, updata  0, 0);
  background: rgba(0, 0, 0, file uploaded   0);
}

To this:

  background-color: transparent; no file existing  
}

That should make your top menu bar some how transparent.

When it comes to the Thumbnail border, I anything else don't have a solution for that because not at all it seems like you are using some very usefull template similar to Bootstrap and stuff localhost which means you'll have to go through love of them the Docs of whatever template you are localtext using to try and find a solution there basic and get rid of that border.

There are usually clear guidelines that one of the show you how to customize the template click you'll be using so go through that.
